Appearance: Belle is a beauty. She has long, wavy chestnut hair that’s usually pulled back loosely, and clear, healthy skin. She has rich, bright brown eyes and a symmetrical face. She has a nicely curved figure, both delicate, but healthy. She is a bit tall for a girl, but not so much to make her too tall. She usually wears dresses made of rich, bright colors, like blue, pink, emerald, and such.
Personality: Belle is a smart, brave, strong willed girl. She’s willing to step out of the boundaries of society and loves how she is. She wants adventure and a life beyond the mundane. She loves to read books about far off lands and is always thinking about one thing or another. She’s a kind girl who’s willing to see someone for all that they are and is pretty good with rolling with the strange after the initial shock. She is also very curious, which more often than not, gets her in trouble.

Abilities/Strengths: Belle is quite intelligent and creative. She’s able to read through books quickly and able to understand more than what’s on the surface of the situation if given the chance. She also has a comforting kindness about her.

Weapons: None.
Weaknesses: She’s a normal human. She has no extraordinary skills and would probably die if some of the more ‘gifted’ or even someone like Gatson were to try and kill her.

History: Belle is a village girl of a normal little village in France. Her father is the inventor Maurice who is often believed a loon. Belle is the most beautiful girl in the village. She is also the oddest. Unlike the other girls, she hates Gatson, she doesn’t want to live as just a mother and a wife, is always thinking, and always daydreaming and reading. Many wondered about her, but otherwise, they went about their lives normally.

The day came when Gatson attempted to court and marry Belle. Belle rejected him, not liking his image of their ‘future’ and his personality was far from desired. Not too long after, Phillipine came back without her father. They had left the other day for the faire. So Bell ventured into the woods.

After wandering for a bit, Belle found the castle in the woods and went inside. She wanted to see if they knew where her father was and then found her father in the prison cell. She wouldn’t leave without him and she refused to listen to his warnings when the Beast came.

After a bit of thought, Belle made a deal with the Beast. Let her father go and she would stay. And that’s exactly what happened. The Beast sent Maurice back to the village and took Belle to the room she would live in. Belle was upset with the Beast, angry he would not at least let her say good-bye and refused to interact with him.

It wasn’t long until Belle found out the servants were enchanted objects in the castle. They quickly became her friends and after a late night meal, they gave her a tour. A tour where she wandered off in the middle of and into the West Wing and found the enchanted rose. The Beast found her and became angry she came into this room. His rage scared her and she ran away.

She left the castle and was attacked by wolves. She would have died if the Beast hadn’t come after her and fended off the wolves. He was hurt and she brought him back to treat his wounds. After a bit of arguing, they reached a bit of common ground.

From there, they would talk and have meals together. They got to know each other. Belle even convinced the Beast to allow the castle to celebrate Christmas after a time.

Eventually, Belle grew quite fond of the Beast. She was more than happy to have their ‘date’ in the castle, with a private ball and fancy dinner. Belle was happy at the castle, but there was a problem. She missed her father.

The Beast, wanting to make her happy, showed her his magic mirror to let her see her father. Belle was happy, until she saw her father freezing in the cold forest. She didn’t want her father to die. The Beast saw this and let her go.

And so she did. She did intend to return, but she had to see to her father. She found him and took him home. However, then the Asylum wanted to take away Maurice for being insane unless she married Gatson. She did not want to marry Gatson, but the only way to prove her father was not insane was to show the Beast. So she used the magic mirror he gave her to show the people. She tried to tell him he was peaceful, but they did not listen. They locked her and Maurice in their house and went after the Beast.

Chip, who had stowed away in Belle’s bag, managed to get them out with Maurice’s invention and they rushed to the castle.

Belle managed to find the Beast right when he was about to kill Gatson. He stopped and came to Belle. She was relieved. She didn’t want him to kill.

Then Gatson stabbed him. The Beast knocked him off and Belle barely got Beast onto the balcony before he fell as well. She feared he would die. She feared it more than anything. She loved him and told him as such. She didn’t want to lose him now. For a few brief moments she was afraid she did.

And then the light came. The light came and changed the Beast into the prince he once was and changed the servants back into humans.

Belle had gotten her happy ending. She married the Beast, the Prince, and they had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon.

Not too long after though, she found herself in Econtra.
